Hi, I’m Linda

With 30 years of dog training experience, my professional life has been all about helping to enhance the relationship between dogs and their people.

As a certified raw nutrition specialist, canine massage therapist and certified trainer, I am here to help you learn to understand, support, and challenge your dog physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Years of experience preparing dogs for competitive dog sports balanced with extensive preparation for my certifying exams has taught me how to bring out the best in your dog.

As an academic with 18 years of experience working with students, I understand how to support your learning style as you gain a toolbox of techniques to use in the real world with your dog.

By working with me you will gain far more than just the average sit, down, stay and outdated corrective approach to training.  Together we will embark on a journey with your dog to find just the right balance of elements to help you remember why you adopted him in the first place.

Let's work together

A bit more about me

I’m passionate about… helping people better understand their dog’s behaviour.

Working with me is… fun, effective and perception changing

I believe the best thing you can do for your dog is… balance their mental and physical health!

I take a stand against… trainers who advocate that electricity, force, fear and pain are needed to ‘train’ a dog.

I love dogs because… I have absolutely no idea why this species chose me!

When I’m not working I like to… go hiking with my own (8!) dogs.

The proudest moment in my career… was when I found out I rocked my CPDT-KA exam qualifications.  This is the equivalent of a PhD in the dog training world.  So proud to hold this credential.
